R47003 Discrepancy Report for R47021

Good afternoon,

In trying to identify which fields are compared between an incoming 855 and the F4301/F4311 (based on processing option), can I assume that all fields in the F47003 are the fields that are compared?  Or is that specified somewhere and can be configured?

And I also assume that discrepancies there drive the advance in status to the "changes" status as opposed to the "no changes" status?
