from where 'source organization' comes in IR

Dear All,

While creating Internal Requisition for item ZC1224400100000, 'Source' is auto populating as 'Inventory', but, 'ORGANIZATION' field is not coming automatically there. We need to select it from LOV of this field.

We have already defined its 'default shipping organization' (in Organization Items --> Order Management tab) to IO EG FR1 EMLP LYN, but it is not coming as default there.

Please let me know, why this behaviour is there AND from where 'source organization' comes in IR. Find attached screenshot for this.
