Vendor Master Data (Different Categories of Vendors)

Kindly move this query to the appropriate space if it doesn't belong here. Well, we are using PSFSCM 9.2 image 0 and PT 8.53 is there any way to allow a user for entering add or update only one type of persistence. As we are going through a business case where 2 users are allowed to access add/update/edit the Vendor Master Data but each user could go in his own area. The live example is one user could only add/update/edit the Student and Employee related vendors while the 2nd user deals with the external parties. Any idea how to restrict
