Guest Addtions Errors in VirtualBox

Virtual Box: 6.1

OS: Oracle Linux 7.8

Problem: Errors when trying to install guest additions. Please see error pic below. I get the error " Kernel Headers not found for target kernel". I have tried everything from my google search, but still get the following error. Any help would be appreciated . Thank you.
