ASL - Supplier scheduling tab - Planning constraints R12.2

Hi

if you create an ASL for an item with an approved supplier list you have the attributes button and then you see the different tabs

- source documents

- supplier scheduling

- planning constraints

- inventory

- source documents tab that is clear  --> I link my quotation to the item supplier combination to default the prices on PO , Req (in combination with Sourcing rule)

i'm a bit struggling with the Supplier scheduling tab and the planning constraints tab

can you explain this like you would do to a 'dummy user'.

eg in planning constraints i can link a specific calendar (eg a supplier calendar) and then ASCP will take this into account when planning (eg if a supplier is always closed 2 months during holiday season?)
