txkPostPDBCreationTasks.pl createEBSCustomViews Failed to create table and view on EBS 19c DB Upgrad

Hello,

While performing the txkPostPDBCreationTasks.pl step of plugging in the EBS database to the CDB, I received and eror which I did not get on the last round. I could use some assistance.

E-Business 12.2.5

DB: 11.2.0.4 to 19c Multitentant

OS: Solaris 11.4
