Write back data not coming in "GL_Budget_Interface" table

Hi, I am trying to write back budget data from Planning to EBS. i am able to write it back as journal and the data budget data as journal goes to "GL_Interface" table if i keep the "create budget journal" option as "yes" and populate the "journal source" and "journal category" information.

However, want to take data as balances, instead of journal. So, below is how I am setting up the target options of the data load rule but the data is not going into the "GL_Budget_Interface" table.

Kindly advise if there some configuration piece I must check specifically if data has to go into "GL_Budget_Interface" or if I need to modify the below options.
