"No translation available for" after upgrade

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our environment to 16.0.3.172

We are running our batch on information loglevel to see the rejected records from loadmeasure in the batch logs.

Unfortunately since the upgrade we also get a meassage " No translation available for", then the list of measures.

We checked these measures, and they have an empty description in the config (these are mostly technical measure and users never see them so we never added a desc. for them). We tried added descriptions with regmeasure -modify, but the message is still there.

Could someone give us a few pointers what could be missing, or how we can make the error go away.
