Cancel PO Line Partially By Splitting

Hello,

is there a way to cancel partially received line by splitting the line and pass the shipment line to API PO_DOCUMENT_CONTROL_PUB?

E.g. If an order has 50 as ordered quantity, 20 has been received and 30 to be cancelled. For the 30 split the line and create another shipment line. PO_DOCUMENT_CONTROL_PUB does have a parameter to accept shipment line.
