Example

I have revenue contract ( Commencement date 01-Jan-2020& Termination Date 31-Dec-2030) 10 Years

and I apply Rent Increase Agreement on this lease contract from ( Commencement date 01-Jan-2021 & Termination Date 31-Dec-2030)

we need to exempt the customer form rent increase on 2023
