Shipping specific Expired item

Dear All,

We are using EBS 12.1.2; Items are lot controlled. Picking rule for sales orders prevent picking items from expired Lots (Rule Name: Sales Order Rule); we need to keep this rule for all items in expired lots except one specific lot;

Our organization parameter Picking Defaults Rule is linked to (Sales Order Rule).

Example Lot: A; Expired in 1.1.2018; we want to create sales order to ship items from this expired lot only; other expired lot items are not allowed to be picked and shipped.

How to manage that?
