ECC upgrade from V2 to V4 failed during verification

Hi All,

We are upgrading Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework from V2 to V4 as per 2495053.1.  When executing ./upgrade.sh getting below error message.

Could you please help us to resolve this issue.

ECC Database connection ECC@icuebshdb201.icumed.com:1551/EBSGHSIT failed during verification

-------------------------------------------------------------------

However i am able to connect.  But upgrade is failing.

[apppoc@icuvtxapp201 logs]$ sqlplus $ECC_DB_USER@\"$ECC_DB_CONNECTION\"
