How to configure Knowledge base to show results based on Problem Code, Item and keywords from Proble

Hello,

We need to configure Knowledge Base to show results based on the Problem Code, Item and keywords from problem summary in Isupport/Teleservice.

How can we achieve this? Currently the page shows all the knowledge base articles.
