Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. proessing constraints not working for SO Quantity

We set processing constraint to Update - Order Quantity with Reason and version, If line status is booked

But we observed that system wont ask the reason if we change quantity on SO

It is expected to open Reason For Window where user can select reason and then allowed to change quantity.

How to fix it. In short System wont Open Reason For - Window for quantity change on sales order
