Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Team,

Currently the output XML from a custom consumer BSSV to a 3rd party is read with a decimal separator of period (.)

<xyz>1.234</xyz>

Is there any provision to change this to comma (,)

<xyz>1,234</xyz>

Apps Release - 9.2

Tools Release - 9.2.2.6

Weblogic Version - 12.2.1.3 on Oracle Linux 7
