Make Charges Eligible to Re-Submit if OM Sales Order Cancelled?
12.1.3 - upgrading to 12.2.9 early next year
I think I know that the answer is 'no' but it does not hurt to ask.
I have a situation where:
- Charge lines are generated from service debrief (depot service)
- Charges lines are submitted to the sales order
- The business (for one reason or another) cancels the sales order or sales order line - either by accident or purposely for reasons I can't control
Is there a way to make that charge line re-eligible to submit to a new sales order?
I do not see a way in the UI.
CS_CHARGE_DETAILS_PUB.Update_Charge_Details is giving me: You cannot update this charge line because it has been submitted to Oracle Order Management.
