in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have been receiving quite a few SOA errors for WIP Issue material transactions that seem to be related to a record lock. Has anyone seen this before and can identify what the root cause is? Thanks!

Error:

ORA-20100: mtl_transsactions_interface records still exist for p_transaction_header_id= 6935725310~6935725310:Transaction processor error-Ex.. in updateOnhand ..oracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException
