Seniority date process didn't picked rehired employee

Calculate seniority date process runs daily. Process never picked up rehired employee to  recalculate seniority dates. After doing it manually it is now showing the correct dates.

1. Employee rehired in future date 07/06/2020

2.  calculate seniority date process run on 07/06/2020

3.  Seniority date displays the older record(Last calculated on 05/09/2020)

4. Run Recalculate seniority process

5. Seniority date displays the current record(Last calculated on 07/07/2020)
