Keyword Search for Purchase Orders is not functioning in some users

Hello -

We have already deployed the search index for Purchasing. Keyword Search in PO works fine in some other users. Some users does not successfully used the keyword search function. What are the possible root cause of this issue? Is it related to roles/PLs? Business Units? Thank you.
