Agreement Mgt - Changing Req Date on SO Detail

Enterprise One 9.2 ~ When changing the requested date on a SO Detail line that has an agreement attached, we're getting a hard error that "Agreement not valid for specified Due To" and "Agreement Not Valid for Specified Item" coming from N3800050.  The item and new requested date do meet the criteria for the selected agreement.

Is anyone else having this issue?

An error has occurred, but it cannot be corrected from this form. Please correct any other errors and then contact your System Administrator regarding this error.
CAUSE: The Search Request ended because no Agreement with this Due To
