What process does the automatic purging of ADR

I know about adrci, shortp_policy, and longp_policy, but what scheduled process actually handles purging the ADR to enforce those policies? I checked dbms_jobs and dbms_scheduler but didnt see any jobs that appear to be related to ADR.
