Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Validation on a Project Ledger Journal Template

Hello, we have a very widely used template which has been defined via

Desktop Integrator > Define Layout > Project – Transaction Import

The template itself is called XXPA_HG_PROJECT_JOURNAL and is custom to ourselves

But I would guess the concepts are fairly universal

So for our Project Ledger setup the Expnd Ending Date absolutely has to be a Sunday. This may be standard PL functionality?

But we have users who can't get their heads round this and put in dates that refer to the other 6 days of the week

Transaction then end up errored in an interface table

Can we in anyway add some validation to this to ensure that user can only input a Sunday?
