I am Having an issue while trying to add the targets to the OEM for monitoring. All the required ports are open and the telnet is working fine also there is no issue with any of the other monitoring agents except for this server.

When i try to add the target i am getting " Connection failure may be due to a slow network, or to the presence of an intervening firewall"

I have been working with oracle support with no resolution till now. Any help will be highly appreciated.
