Can we use VPD(Virtual Private Database) with Enterprise Command Center

We have VPD(Virtual Private Database) row level security enabled in our organization. Can you please let me know if Enterprise Command Center will work with VPD. Can we use the security handler package to call VPD procedures to control the access to data.
