Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)

Hello,

Oracle 11.2 no patches. SE.

Got recently two times following error: WARNING: inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)

Those two times are first such error for that instance. Any advice if I should do some troubleshooting or just ignore waiting for more.
