High CPU utilization by crsd.bin process

crsd.bin process taking high CPU utilization. need solution for that issue.

We have RHEL 5.11 virtual machine running with oracle RAC on ASM. recently the server been utilizing high CPU by crsd.bin process

because of this issue server has been rebooted serveral times.

top - 12:43:15 up 21:21,  1 user,  load average: 415.98, 447.36, 472.73

Tasks: 7385 total,   5 running, 7380 sleeping,   0 stopped,   0 zombie

Cpu(s): 48.4%us, 44.7%sy,  0.0%ni,  6.0%id,  0.7%wa,  0.0%hi,  0.2%si,  0.0%st
