Purchasing - Add/Update POs page.
Hi - I'm in the PUM 36 environment. I have two questions regarding creating PO s.
1) Currently, we are required to Budget Check the POs before we dispatch them. We do not use Commitment Control in our Company. I do not want to Budget Check or Pre-Budget Check PO s. Where do I disable this? I should be able to dispatch the PO after it is approved.
2)I created a few special request requisitions in the PUM 36 env. Some of them have Supplier ID and some of them don't. I'm on the Add/Update POs page. I'm trying to copy the requisitions I created to a PO. I populated the Supplier ID on the first tab and selected Requisition in the 'Copy From' drop down field. But in the next page displayed, the Special Request requisitions that I created are not pulled up when I click on the look up icon on the Requisition field.
