Inventory Adjustment created from R47121 doesn't pick up correct item from Item Cross Reference

I am trying to use EDI 852 for creating an inventory adjustment. In F47122 I use item cross reference "MJCITM" to pick my JDE item number. P4104 has been set with 2 items with the same supplier and cross ref type "V". However first item expires on 2017 and the second item expires on 2040. "MJAN8" is set with correct supplier and "MJXRT" is set with "V". On running R47121 inventory adjustment transaction is created with first item which is already expired instead of second item.
