Deprecation of Provisioning for Oracle WebCenter Domain and Oracle Homes in Enterprise Manager

Hello Everyone,

This is to announce that we are deprecating provisioning for Oracle WebCenter Domain and Oracle Homes in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.

This applies to Enterprise Manager Base Platform and Enterprise Manager for Fusion Middleware.

What is being deprecated

Middleware provisioning feature that remotely installs WebCenter Domain and Oracle Homes, using automated deployment procedures.

Impact

Beginning with the next major release of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (expected to be 13.5), feature of Provisioning for Oracle WebCenter Domain and Oracle Homes will be removed from Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.

What is the replacement or workaround

No workaround or replacement is provided by Enterprise Manager.
