How to bring in manual tax and freight lines through Autoinvoice WITHOUT EBTax?

We are on EBS 12.2.5. We are using an external system which generates the Line, Tax and Freight amounts. We want to bring them into AR Interface tables and run Autoinvoice. We do not have EBTax setup. How can this be done?
