Problem with PO's with multiple distribution lines. System allowing departments to over receive on l

Hi Everyone,

We have had a continued problem with receiving on PO's having multiple distribution lines. The system is allowing departments to over receive on lines that have no remaining balance.  It appears the system is checking at the total of the PO and not the distributions lines.

This used to function correctly a while back.  Is there some kind of "New" setup that needs to happen or a fix that has been released to correct this issue?

We are on: Financials PI 32, Version 9.2. PT 8.54.36.
