After DB upgrade from 12.2 to 19 the new ORACLE_HOME is not found

Hello Community,

we're running cloud Control 13.4 RU3  and Management Agents 13.4.

After some DB upgrades we've encountered on just a few machines that the new Oracle 19  ORACLE_HOME is not being recognized by the Management Agent.

The situation on the Servers is as follows. We have currently three Oracle-Homes:

  • Management Agent
  • Oracle 12 Home
  • Oracle 19 Home

All Homes are correctly registered in the oraInventory. No Components are pointing to the old Oracle 12 Installation besides the oraInventory.

No binaries have being started from the old Oracle 12 Home.

I've did the following:

emctl config agent addinternaltargets

emctl stop agent

emctl clearstate agent

emctl start agent
