Do we have an Alternate Solution approach w.r.t. Outbound Inventory Management

Hello

We currently do not have Outbound Inventory Management(OIM) License.

Do we have an alternate Solution/Conceptual  approach within the existing features to implement features of Vendor Management Inventory as in OIM?
