VMWare recommendations for Oracle EBS environment

We are planning to migrate our Oracle EBusiness Suite environment to new servers. Both old and new environments are running on vmware. We would like to know ideal documents to be followed for Oracle database to run smoothly on VMWare.

Our current environment -

Oracle EBS r12.1.3

Oracle database 12.1.0.2

Single node Virtual machine

Planned new environment

Oracle EBS r12.1.3

Oracle database 12.1.0.2

Multinode environment with 1app node and 1 db node.
