value dropdown from workflow policy actions arguments not working

Hi Team,

We have a issue with the value drop down list where we select the WF from workflow policy actions arguments not working. It's working on Dev environment but not working on non-dev systems. we are using IP19 version and field/callcenter application. Can you please advise how to fix it.
