error 1040025 and 1040065 -Protocol mismatch may occur if a client other than an Essbase Client trie

Protocol mismatch may occur if a client other than an Essbase Client tries to access Essbase or if the packet is corrupted.

above error frequenlty coming and its getting lsystem alerts.  could you please suggest the solution why it is coming continouly  and what is the cause.
