VPD - Not working correctly - Returning incorrect rows

Dear Team,

Implementing VPD to restrict the access of the data to the respective Users.

Added Policy on one of the Object XXB_ORG_CST_V

When try to access the object directly in TOAD and SQLPLUS it is working.

But, when the same object is inside a DB FUNCTION Policy is not getting forced.

Any specific reason for this behavior.
