WebCenter Content's DIS (desktop) Client Certification

We've run into quite a bit of issues with WebCenter Content's DIS (desktop) Client when our users upgraded to Windows 10 machines.  We are currently using WebCenter Content 11.1.9.0.190322 and upgrading to patch 22777935 in a few days which includes WebCenter Content: Desktop Installer version 19.1.0.1308.  I haven't been able to find the certifications for DIS.  I believe version 11 was for Windows 7 and version 12 for Windows 10, but we've had better (not great) luck with version 11 on our Win10 machines.  I'm wondering if version 19 is the magic answer.  Can anyone point me in the direction of the OS certifications for this product?
