While creation Sales order line in R 12.2.8 getting Error ORA-29861 Domain Index is Marked LOADING/F

Hi All,

While Creation Sales order line in Oracle EBS Release 12.2.8  we are getting  Error ORA-29861 Domain Index is Marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE in package oe_fnd_attachments_pv.

we tried to rebuild the index but it took 5 days and only 56% was completed in the process of rebuild of index.

we are in oracle database 12c

Any  Suggestions Thank you in Advance.
