Add new EnterpriseOne HTML Server in Server manager

Hello ,

We have 2 instances in work :

MY_IP_Server:8080/jde/E1Menu.maf

MY_IP_Server:8010/jde/E1Menu.maf

I want to add this two instance to my server manager

when i click on the server , and click on "Create new managed instance" and i thoose "EnterpriseOne HTML Server", i have this error :

Can any one help me to add it , I'am beginner in CNC ?
