you are not allowed to update order header because order has been closed

Sales order in logistic tab has already been closed but still one more exchage line need to create.

I am aware of that we cannot add the line in the closed sales order but why its not create an new sales order in logistic tab.

If i create a new line in logistic tab, its throw an error as you are not allowed to update order header because order has been closed. why its still referring closed sales order?

Any setup need to check? please suggest.
