DP medical rates for HSA plan not displaying during Open Enrollment

Hello

When relationship Domestic Partner Adult (DP Adult) is selected on "DP Medical" tile on Employee Self Service, during Open Enrollment (OE), employee/employer rates are not reflecting. Did anyone ran into same issue recently.
