How to default item attachments during Receiving Inspection

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Gurus,

Each item has different quality inspections and wants to download that information during Receiving Inspection and upload with the quality results.

I am aware that attachments can be uploaded in the Receiving collection Plan, any options where they can download the item specific attachments from receiving collection plan, any custom attribute ?
