E1local database failing with Error code 1

Hi Guys,

I am trying to install E1local database but it is ending with error code 1 error. Already have installed oracle 11g 32 bit client as well. Manual cleanup of E1local database was done as per document.

Error in Orainstall log:

Port 1521 is free and not used by any other software?

App Release : 9.1

Tools release : 9.1.4.7

Any suggestions. Thanks
