Move order

Dear Team,

we have an inventory item which is having an item cost of (Unit Cost 500),But we have stored that item in scarab sub inventory (Expense Sub-inventory)Asset flag is unchecked

when am issuing that item to an work order we could able to see the cost in material transaction (Distribution)

But when issuing the same through normal  mover order transaction types  we are not able to see the costing in distribution in material's tab

Now user is asking why the item is costed when am issuing to the work order

Actually the expectation is to not to see the cost in Material transaction ,when am issuing from expense sub inventory to work order
