Hi we have custom report that is not generating PDF output after DB is upgraded from 11g to 19c.

It's working fine in other DEV and PROD environment. We have checked for the Concurrent program short name and DD code are same and template name is same . If some one has faced this issue please provide in some insights how to resolve this.
