Security for Who's Who Line ID=0 ?

We have locked down add/change/delete security for P01012 Address Book Revisions to one security role (ABJOE), but many roles have add/change/delete security for P0111 Who's Who to add contact info.

However, some users have figured out that they can change the Alpha Name/Mailing Name on Who's Who Line ID 0, even if they can't do so on P01012.

To fix this loophole, I'm thinking of using row security on F0111 for *PUBLIC on Data Item IDLN = 0 and set it to View = Y, Add/Change/Delete = N

and granting back row security on F0111 to the ABJOE role (and roles for interfaces that add/change AB records).
