How to get ExaC@C GEN 1 GUI to show NONCDB created database (12.2)

in Exadata General (MOSC) Question

I created a NONCDB database version 12.2.0.1 using the MOS Note - 2581094.1, but am not able to see the newly create database in the ExaC@C Cloud GUI Tool.

I am trying to get this newly created NONCDB to show up in the ExaC@C Cloud GUI Tool. (GEN 1)

The MOS note - (2581094.1) says

Post Steps after Creation of NON-CDB Database

                By default, Non-CDB will not be visible to Cloud Console UI.

                 To make Non-CDB visible to Cloud UI Console,

                               - Please  Re-Provision the Non-CDB DB with the same Database Name, Oracle Home which used in a DBaaS API and submit it
