JDE Orchestrator: how can we 'freeze' which environment it is running on?

hi everyone,

I've seen some discussions on how to detect which environment users are on but I'd like to do the opposite, e.g. freeze which environment the orchestration is going to run on, no matter which environment we call it from?

In fact I'd like to replicate an update in my current environment into another one. like calling a form request in DV to do an update, then let the orchestration connect to PY and recall the same form request to do the same update.

Is there anyway to do that using a connector, by example?

We are using JDE920 TR 9.2.4.2
