reportcount doesn't fetch proper data in Goldengate

Hi Team,

I've seen a weird behaviour with reportcount paramater in Goldengate.

We've reportcount configured to run every 15 mins. There are some replicats which processes very less data and that too not continuous.

Say, reportcount ran on 0300 HR, and next run is 0315 HR.

Now, if there are some data being processed in between and it completes replication before 0315 hr then it doesn't show the count(/rate/delta). The command doesn't run in that case at 0315.

Why is it so? Shouldn't it fetch stats for last 15 minutes irrespective of whether its processing something presently(at 0315 hr) or not ?

Please help me understand this behaviour and provide some insights.
